More choclo

Got me thinking of food. Ceviche is served with about a 4th of an ear of choclo in Lima, along with some toasted kernels (corn nuts) and sweet potato, hot peppers, onion and lime juice, and seafood or fish. Yum. Tom yum gai, my favorite soup. In a couple of weeks I shall be eating some in Bangkok, as well as bbq prawns and musles. Then it will be on to southern India and more seafood and curries. What do you like to eat? Do you like it spicy? choclosteve108

An earfull of choclo from steve

An earfull you might ask? I don't hear anything. Well I have already stripped most of the most coulorfull kernals from last fall's chosen ears. Been reading some recipies for pan de choclo-most are in Castillano. I will be planting again end of May, after my return from India. Going to stop off in Bangkok and see my dentist. For more choclo and some coulorful pictures, visit http://www.choclo.blogspot.com/ Say hello. Add some corn. Some folks say it is sacred. I think it is all sacred. What do you think? Choclosteve108
